Tired of the usually bread and butter combo? There is more to bread than just spreading peanut butter on it, making ham sandwich or eating it on its own.
CHOCO MOCHA RUMBALLS
1400g Gardenia Double Delights Choco Mocha
1/4 cup Rum
2 tbsp condensed milk
2 cups chocolate, melted
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
In a bowl, combine gardenia Double Delights Choco Mocha bread, rum and condensed milk. Then, form the concoction into small balls.
Dip the balls in melted chocolate until well coated. Top the balls with chopped walnuts. Make 20 rum balls.
TIPS: You can substitute peanut or any nuts you want instead of walnut.
6 pieces Gardenia Double Delights Ube and Cheese Loaf
250ml all-purpose cream, chilled
1/4 cup condensed milk
1 can peaches, drained and sliced
1/2 cup instant gulaman, cooked as per package instruction
Combine chilled all-purpose cream and condensed milk in a small bowl. Mix well. Spread one or two tablespoon of the cream mixture at the bottom of a loaf pan. Make sure it covers the whole bottom.
Then, place two slices of Gardenia Double Delights Ube and Cheese on the pan, top with cream mixture and peach slices. Repeat the step until the pan is filled.
Pour instant gulaman on the cake. Refrigerate the cake at least one hour before serving.
